Theme : Fluffy

Very fluffy

Judge’s Feedback:

Julie has managed to captured a very still and gentle subject. We see the delicate fluff of the plant capture our interest straight away. We see the small fluffy part of the plant about to fall off and it leaves us wondering whether it will fall or simply float off into the breeze.

Technically, this is a great shot. Julie’s used F3.5 which gives quite a blurry, non distinct background with very fast shutter speed. Perhaps the breeze was blowing a little and she wanted stillness. Either way a great technique for a beautiful subject.

Well done Julie.
