Theme : Water, In All It’s Forms

Zandra has used two different elements to capture this wonderful picture. The first is the chaotic direction of the plants. They go in all sorts of directions. The ice literally freezes the chaotic movement of the subject.
Not only does the ice provide a stillness to the chaos but it offers an incredibly fascinating view into the world of nature and the laws of physics. The frozen water around the plants offer contrast and help to frame the subject, giving it stability and improves the composition.
Well done Zandra!

This is due to the wonderful success and popularity of Focus Ezine and that we are now getting a large number of entries each month. If you don’t see yours here it’s not because we didn’t like it, it’s simply because of space limitations.
