February 2012: Focus Photo Comp Results

Winning Photo

Theme : “Empty”

No camera data supplied.

Why Brian won:

Brian has done a beautiful panorama. He’s photographed a series of shots and used software to stitch them together. This is a nice way to do landscapes- and indeed quite fun!

Brian hasn’t sent in the exif data which is a shame, because it would have been great to see what settings he used. Creating a panorama requires that you have the same setting for every photo you take.

We loved this photo for it’s composition, angle and perspective. We both loved the way it was dark around the frame and light in the middle. A great shot and worthy of being our winner. Thanks Brian, you’ve done a great job.

Thank you very much for taking the time to submit your photos. You have done a great job. We have a limitation of one Winner and 8 finalists photos. This is due to the wonderful success and popularity of Focus Ezine and that we are now getting a large number of entries each month. If you don’t see yours here it’s not because we didn’t like it, it’s simply because of space limitations.
