Judge’s Feedback:

Ann has done a wonderful job with her capture of back lighting and composition. She’s managed to capture the warm, light through the petals combined with a wonderfully balanced composition. The light plays on the petals, creating a series of new shapes formed by the shadow.

The flowers sit so neatly in line with the rule of thirds to create composition compatible with most design elements that professional photographers aim for. The shallow depth of field accentuates the composition, leaving us to admire the whole image and it’s delicacy and beauty.

Well done Ann, great job!
